Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fuji33. By creating an account or placing any bet on the fuji33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the fuji33 platform.
In these Terms, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
To register for and use the fuji33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
21+ Only: fuji33 is strictly an adult platform. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from opening an Account or placing bets. Where fuji33 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same household address, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
When creating your Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card), a valid email address, a current mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. fuji33 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time.
Before making your first withdrawal, fuji33 requires all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (KTP preferred) and, where requested, a selfie holding the document. Verification is typically completed within 1–4 business hours. fuji33 may request additional documents, including proof of address or source-of-funds documentation, for large transactions or where fraud is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fuji33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify fuji33 Customer Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. fuji33 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close the associated Account.
fuji33 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please consult your bank for details.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals require a fully verified Account (KYC completed). fuji33 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
fuji33 does not guarantee processing within the times stated above. Delays may occur due to system maintenance, public holidays (including Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Idul Fitri, and Nyepi), or additional security review requirements.
Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above the single-transaction maximum should contact Customer Support to arrange a structured payout schedule.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for further details.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by fuji33 are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds:
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements will expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
fuji33 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus arbitrage"), or misrepresenting account information to qualify for promotions.
fuji33 conducts regular audits of bonus activity. Accounts found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation message is displayed on the Platform and a Bet ID is issued. fuji33 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where odds have been published in error or where the Platform detects unusual betting patterns.
In the event that fuji33 offers odds or bet types in error — including manifest pricing errors ("palpable errors") — fuji33 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's Account. This applies to all markets, including sports, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other game types.
fuji33 actively monitors all betting markets for suspicious activity. Any bet placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption will be voided. Players who are found to have knowingly participated in such activity will be permanently banned from the Platform and reported to relevant authorities.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. fuji33 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of live markets and accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues, market suspension, or score-update delays. Accepted live bets will stand regardless of subsequent score corrections unless the result of the event is officially overturned by the governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fuji33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

No content may be reproduced, redistributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of fuji33.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or exploit Platform content in any way.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
fuji33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fuji33 will notify registered Players via email or via an on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account Balance prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fuji33's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
